The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Second Judicial Department, is the appellate division that hears appeals arising out of Richmond County, Kings County, Queens County, Nassau County, Suffolk County, Westchester County, Dutchess County, Orange County, Rockland County, and Putnam County.
